Peter Fischer ist living and working in an old weaving mill besides the Hallwilersee. His atelier looks like a corner shop. Everywhere are laying misterious things which later find a place in this works (machines). It seems the artist is giving back the originally function to those things, which at first look cannot get identified, to its roots, respectively to its utility value.Living and working under the same roof illuminate something compact to the artists world.
Also the frequency of his self-portraits are reflected again in his system.
By the use of mechanical utilities the picture of himself achieves a deeper relevancy.
His own world is projected to the exterior and gets poetical with help of the animation of functional machines (???).
The beholders are dunking into this mechanical poetry, a footstep is enough and Peter Fischers world shows itself juddering, squeaking and smoking.
